Presenting authors must complete their registration by Friday, January 30, 2026 (AoE), for their papers to be included in the conference program.

Conference Registration Fee

IEEE-IES Member, IEEE Member, Non-member, and IEEE LIFE Member Registration Fee includes:
- Attendance to the Conference on all days (March 9-11, 2026)
- Lunch on each conference day
- Tea, Coffee and Refreshments during conference hours
- One (1) Welcome Reception
- One (1) Banquet
- One (1) Paper Presentation
Student Registration Fee (IEEE Member and Nonmember) will include:
- Attendance to the Conference on all days (March 9-11, 2026)
- Lunch on each conference day
- Tea, Coffee and Refreshments during conference hours

- One (1) Paper Presentation
Authors may submit papers exceeding 6 pages by paying the applicable “Additional Page” fee, which is assessed on a per-page basis.

Any cancellation of registration must be notified IN WRITING to the secretariat by email at conf.daegu@gmail.com .
Cancellation and refund will be subject to the following conditions.

A full refund of the registration fee will be made, minus an administrative fee of KRW 50,000.
All refunds will be processed after the conference using the same payment method as the original transaction.
